I placed an order and chose to pay by check or money order, when will my order ship?

Until payment is received, your order status is marked pending and the status will say "awaiting payment", once we receive your check or money order it will be updated to "payment recieved" and will be shipped at that time. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. If you need to get your order out faster, and don’t want to mail in a payment, you can call us with a credit card number toll free at 1-877-396-7612.

What happened to the Duckaholic Rewards points?

We are now offering an automatic 10% discount in the online store to Duckaholic members. We are also happy to announce DA members also receive 5% off in the Realtree online store.

Why is my card being declined?

Make sure that the address you enter as the billing address is the one the credit card company has for you, otherwise your card will be declined in the interest of fraud protection. There is a separate section where you can enter a shipping address.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within the next 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If you choose the standard shipping option you can expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days. For customers who choose the two or three day options keep in mind that the order will go out the next business day and will arrive in 2 or 3 business days depending on which option chosen.

How can I book an event with Phil Robertson?

Phil speaks at many events throughout the year and stays booked fairly far in advance. If you are planning an event simply check out the events page to search for open dates, then send us an email or give us a call with details of the event, where and when, number of people expected to attend, etc.  Willie or Kay, Phil’s wife, will get back to you with availability and details necessary to make it happen.

Can I hunt with the Duckmen?

What if I have a hot hole that you need to see to believe, and I want to invite the Duckmen?

Feel free to drop us an email if you have a place where you hunt and you just can’t kill all the ducks. We like to hunt private land, and we do travel quite a bit each year in search of the greenheads. We get lots of great invites from our loyal customers and fellow Duckaholics, and we actually take people up on a few of them.
