SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process
No shipping on National Holidays
Shipping and handling charges are based on the following:
- The delivery option you choose
- The weight, size and dimensions of your items
- Your shipping preferences.
UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box, please include a physical address under the shipping address or your order may be delayed or shipped via USPS with no refund for the difference in shipping fare.

RETURN POLICY
Please contact us at 318.387.0588 if you are exchanging items as there may be an additional shipping fee to return items back to you.
Please indicate the items you wish to return or exchange, reason(s) for return or exchange, and your name, phone number, and address.
Repack items and all accessories along with the note indicating return or exchange and all other required information.

Once items are received, we will refund the cost plus sales tax to the credit card originally used to purchase the items (please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement). If you are exchanging an item for one of greater value, those charges will be applied to your credit card and a new receipt will be issued; likewise, if your are exchanging for an item of lesser value we will refund the difference to the original credit card used.
Original shipping charges, your costs to return items, and charges to ship exchanged item, if applicable, will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact us immediately at 318.387.0588 if you wish to cancel your order; there are no guarantees and cancellation fees may apply.
DUCK CALL POLICY
All Duck Commander calls are guaranteed to be properly tuned, free of material defects and ready for use at the time of shipping. However, if you would like your call tuned to your specification, please send it directly to Duck Commander 117 Kings Lane, West Monroe, LA 71292. Please enclose $10.00 (for return shipping and any extra parts that may need to be used) along with a note explaining what you need done. Each call has a one year warranty from date of purchase. Signs of abuse, disassembly or modification of any kind void your warranty. If the call or reed assembly has been abused or altered in any way, or if the call is past one year warranty period prior to return, replacement or repair charges will be up to the discretion of Duck Commander.
