SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process
No shipping on National Holidays
Shipping and handling charges are based on the following:
- The delivery option you choose
- The weight, size and dimensions of your items
- Your shipping preferences.
We ship UPS unless you are placing an international order or using a military address so please provide a physical address (UPS will not deliver to a PO Box). If you do not provide a physical address you order may be delayed and shipped via USPS with no refund for the difference in shipping fare.

RETURN POLICY
Please indicate the items you wish to return or exchange, reason(s) for return or exchange, and your name, phone number, and address.
Repack items and all accessories along with the note indicating return or exchange and all other required information.

Once items are received, we will refund the cost plus sales tax to the credit card originally used to purchase the items (please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement). If you are exchanging an item for one of greater value, those charges will be applied to your credit card and a new receipt will be issued; likewise, if your are exchanging for an item of lesser value we will refund the difference to the original credit card used.
Original shipping charges, your costs to return items, and charges to ship exchanged item, if applicable, will not be refunded.
